Finger Football was a project that a friend and I were contracted to work on. The premise of the game was that of paper football mixed with some rules from American Football like 4 attempts to make it to the edge of the desk and on the third attempt if you were unable to you could go for one more attempt or a field goal. The first person to twenty-one points one. This project was my introduction to multiplayer. We used the Pun 2 framework as it allowed free hosting of servers. This was made in little under two months as a proof of concept and playable demo. I am unable to provide a link to the demo however the video shows the extent of what was in it. We dabbled with customization on the crowns that you won at the end of a game and goal explosions getting inspiration from rocket league. Overall this projcet taught me a lot about networking and communication over the server.
